Campaign Story

My name is Patricia, and my husband Nathan and I dream of holding our baby in our arms. We are newly married, full of hope, and our greatest wish is to grow our family together.

Our journey to parenthood began over three years ago, but the path has been far from easy. In 2018, I was diagnosed with infertility caused by fibroids and blocked tubes. We turned to IVF with so much optimism, believing it was our answer. We went through the physically and emotionally demanding process of egg retrievals, only to be heartbroken when my eggs did not survive. Refusing to give up, we took the next courageous step and moved forward with a donor egg cycle. We were blessed with one precious embryo. We held onto that tiny spark of life with all the love in our hearts. Just last Friday, we received the devastating news that the embryo did not implant. The grief has been overwhelming.

Despite the pain, our desire to become parents is stronger than ever. We are determined to try another donor cycle, but the financial reality is daunting. The cost of another attempt is simply beyond what we can afford on our own after the expenses we have already faced.
